It is the flagship of our company. We process threading manually with professional experience gained from past years to bring out precision and quality in our products.
We work on variety of final products in this manual process:
- Pairing multiple tags.
- Adding extra pendants or pins of various colour and size.
- Cords that are too thick to be machined (satins, ribbons 3mm braids, elastic threads etc)
- Substituting traditional pass-through threading with tie threading.
And much more based on the personalised requests made by the customer.
Advanced machineries are used to automatically thread variety of threads which are different kind like cotton, rayon, polypropylene, elastic, jute etc.
Semi-automatic machines are also used for threading pendants with more than one tag.
Thanks to the extreme speed of this method as we are able to complete up to 150000 cards per day.
The threading tag process can be enriched by revolving the tag the concerns you with a rich coating of metal eyelets. It is available in various sizes and colours based on the request.
We are equipped with both automatic and semiautomatic machines to achieve perfection.
To add fundamental details to the printed cards we take care of folding cards of various shapes and sizes . We also continue to add it up with gluing and coupling which is of course followed by threading and knotting.
We offer small paper processing in a very précised and professional way. It includes hot or cold gluing or with usually double sided tapes and packing various blanks based on the demand
In addition to it we also offer packing handles for handbags and various other objects with great care of the product.
